User Information Collection and Use

Choose The Right Creations is the sole owner of the information collected on www.ctrcreations.com. Choose The Right Creations collects information from our users at several different points on our website, such as during registration or order processing.

In order to use some features of our website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact the user about services on our site for which interest was expressed. Users are also required to enter unique identifiers (such as, username and password).

We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers’ orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.

Information Security

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. Any and all of the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! Even during order processing, we reveal only certain digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

Any information you give us will be held with the utmost care and will not be used without consent. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via email, regular mail or phone.

Special Offers and Updates

Occasionally, registered members will receive information on products, special deals, LDS forum and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Any member may contact us to be removed from any of these services. You may also request to be added to our membership email listing at any time.

On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send users an email. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.

When necessary, Choose The Right Creations will communicate with users to service requests and orders in regards to issues relating to their account we reply via email or phone, in accordance with the users’ wishes.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our website.
